PRISM: using leading indicators to reduce worksite fatigue.

How it works

Build Fatigue Profiles

Our Fatigue Management System (FMS) instantly pulls the employee's past work schedule, assesses job risk profile, and uses other selected metrics to build a comprehensive fatigue and alertness profile.  If warranted, the system will run a 60-second impairment test to confirm its findings.

Predict Fatigue Risk

Our custom-tuned algorithms analyze biometric indicators for each employee and provide real-time fatigue reports.  The system predicts when an employee is likely to become fatigued, often hours before they begin to know it themselves.

Automate ALerts

When the FMS detects that an employee's fatigue level will reach hazardous levels during their upcoming shift,  it automatically notifies them and offers countermeasures to keep them alert. If no action is taken, notification escalates up to the supervisory level.

Reduce Safety Incidents by 35%.

A two-year study shows that PRISM dramatically diminishes health and safety incidents year-to-year. 84% of workers and supervisors agree that the fatigue monitoring system increases awareness of job safety and performance.

Instant Risk Notifications

Workers log into a Point-Of-Safety (POS) unit at punch-in and punch-out. PRISM notifies workers and facilitates self-management, or escalates to supervisors as necessary.

Improved Employee Performance

PRISM provides targeted countermeasures based on fatigue level to improve safety, alertness and productivity.

How Fatigue Management Works

We make safety simple.

How Fatigue Management Works

We make safety simple.

Powerful and Easy-to-Use.

The Predictive Safety Fatigue Management System (FMS) captures and analyzes real-time fatigue data from every employee, predicting when their condition will downgrade and offering helpful countermeasures to head off fatigue's effects.

1. Workers Clock In and Out

You can use your existing attendance system or one from our software.

2. Fatigue Risk is Calculated

Workers receive instant feedback on their fatigue risk, as well as target countermeasures based on their fatigue level.

3. Fatigue Alerts Are Delivered

When a fatigue warning level has been reached, the worker and supervisor are notified immediately.

4. Fatigue is Remedied

The fatigued worker selects, completes, and documents the chosen countermeasure, usually without disruption of his or her shift.

5. Fatigue is Tracked

Management reviews real-time and historical fatigue analysis by employee, location and department.

 Safety Beyond the Job Site

Depending on the nature of employees' commute to and from work, when they clock out, the system PRISM calculates what their fatigue risk will be on the way home. We keep your employees safe, from door to door.

Automated Notification and Tracking

Supervisors, contractors, and employees can all use the system, with automated worker-level tracking and notifications. PRISM provides additional value as a compliance tool. And all of this with minimal administration.
